The Role
The Artemis Professionals division is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Client Partner to help us expand our client base in the accounting, finance, tax, audit, and related financial fields. This person will work closely with our business development and recruiting teams to bring on clients who need temporary and staffed labor solutions. As a Client Partner, you'll be the face of Artemis Professionals, building long-term relationships with clients and positioning us as their go-to staffing provider for financial talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients in need of temporary and staffed financial talent.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, and other decision-makers within accounting, finance, tax, and audit departments.
- Develop a strong understanding of each client’s unique staffing needs and create tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless staffing process from client onboarding to talent delivery.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients based on market trends and staffing requirements.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition, growth, and retention.
- Leverage Artemis’s resources and talent network to quickly respond to clients’ staffing needs, ensuring timely and quality placements.
- Drive contract negotiations and manage the overall client relationship to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or client services, ideally within the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of the accounting, finance, tax, and audit sectors, with the ability to engage in consultative sales conversations.
- A network of key decision-makers in the financial industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and think strategically to win new business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Knowledge of staffing and recruitment practices, especially in temporary and contract labor.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
